Tour Description
The visit to the Waro Museum is an amazing, mysterious and exciting experience that will shake our understanding through a collection of icons from the Inca and Pre Inca era, that will translate us to the edge of the logic and the intuition. The magic of these engravings will teach us the universality of the wisdom and human spirit, finding in each engraving a trait of another distant culture in time and space; but intimately united by the Pacha Mama (Mother Nature) and the Allpa Mama (Mother Earth), who they embrace with love all their children.
This simple but sacred place invites us to search in the deepest inner being, to connect us with the Universe and to find that one of the engraved symbols in stone expresses our own being.
When touching the "Q'UYA" or the compassion stone, it will absorb the heavy energy from our aura, will set us free from our feelings of guilt, kept during a long time and thus we shall understand why the "Q'UYA" stone is a very important instrument for the PAQ'O (Andean Priest).
We shall also appreciate evident samples of the Inca technology, moulded in litho pieces really surprising.
The visit continues in the next Urcos village and its small lake "Q'UYLLOR URMANA" which means the place were the stars fall. Next to this peaceful water mirror we shall be able to meditate and later have a drink before returning to Cusco in the afternoon.
